Orders are processed as quickly as possible, then released to our brand partners for shipment.

Tracking:
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Multiple Items:
If your order includes products from different brands, items may arrive in separate packages.

Delays:
Peak seasons, carrier capacity, and weather may extend delivery times beyond the estimates above.

If you need your order by a specific date, choose an expedited option (where available) at checkout.

If you’re not satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

How returns work:
Easy labels: Returns are processed by our brand partners (suppliers). They’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Fast processing:
Once your return is received, please allow up to 2 business days for processing.

No fees:
There are no label fees and no restocking fees for returns within the 30-day window.

Refunds:
After approval, our supplier will automatically issue your refund to your original payment method. Timing may vary by bank.

Cancellations & declined returns:
If a return is canceled or declined (for example, item not eligible or outside the return window), the return request will be automatically closed and no refund will be issued.

Notes:
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags/accessories included.

Some items may be ineligible for return due to hygiene or final-sale status (as marked on the product page).
